CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
You must cancel your class 12 hours in advance, or you will be deducted a class credit. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice time period. You may cancel your class through our online system.
FOR CUSTOMERS RUNNING LATE:
Customers who arrive late will not be admitted to class for their safety and the customers inside the class. And to avoid disruption to the class once it has started.
LATE ARRIVAL CREDIT:

A Late Arrival Credit can be use on the same day only. Simply call us within the day to recshedule booking.
REFUND POLICY:

All class and personal training package sales are final and non-refundable. You should be aware that classes do expire. The expiration dates are posted in the description of the class or series of classes on our website. Classes that are canceled LESS THAN 12 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. Note that purchases may be processed by third-party vendors. All credits are NOT for resale. Any person, site or service deemed to be reselling class and or personal training credits will forfeit all credits and no refund shall be given. HIGHER reserves the right to ban any person and or entity deemed to have violated the aforementioned and sole determination of such violation is at the complete discretion of HIGHER.

STUDIO FACILITIES
You agree that HIGHER is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings when you are present in the studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings. Lockers and keys provided at Higher.
