First time at Higher?

To begin a new exercise routine, you can begin anytime!

At Higher all you need is a sweat towel to keep you dry and comfortable.

In addition to staying fueled, it's equally important to stay hydrated too! Refillable water is provided at Higher

SNEAKERS

A clean pairs of sneakers is a MUST at Higher. We encourage our members to take care of

the Jumping Fitness Trampoline before and after used. A little preventative maintenance can keep the fitness centre a safe, clean and productive for all members.

CHECK IN

ONCE YOU ARRIVE

First things first, checking in at our front deck. Simply tell our guides your booking name select your trampoline, they'll then give you the full run down of the entire studio and answer any question you may have.

*Reminder that first-timers have to arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before the commencement of the class so that they get to do an induction session with the instructor of the class.

NOT BOOK TO A CLASS?

BOOK YOUR SPOT

After you are checked in our guides will show you the spot map.

You will need to select your spot/spots and reserve it at counter.

WAIT FOR IT...

Once you book your spot, have a seat and be prepare.

​

In the mean time, your instructor will be warming up and preparing the room for you.
 

Wait for the jumping room door to open.

ENTER THE JUMPING ROOM

Once you enter the room, head to the trampoline that you selected, the trampolines are labelled with numbers, so is super easy to find!

​

Once you are at your trampoline, set your handle bar. If you don't know how to setup ask your instructor.

​

And you are all set to JUMP with us.
